We ship from our Gurgaon office. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 2-3 days. For custom made - 15-20 days. *

Shipping Processing Time
Processing time for available items is usually 6-7 days. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.
However, some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at email@example.com
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This will be followed by another email once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. You will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your order.
Firstly, we'd like to apologize. We know how waiting for a garment that you dearly love can be challenging. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise.
We usually deliver within 6-7 days but for customised garments or an approx 15-20 days, as it may depend on the pincode & the design to be customised. However, If you've been waiting longer than the approximate estimated time of arrival and you haven't heard from us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will get back to you within 48 hours.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We provide hassle-free returns for Ready To Wear garments, however, one has to contact us within 24-48 hrs, after receiving the parcel. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For returns please contact us at email@example.com
For custom made outfits, orders are processed only after the booking amount ( 50% of the total cost of the outfit ) has been transacted. Only alterations will be possible in the garment. We don't offer any return, refund, or exchange after the customized garment is delivered.
The booking amount is non-refundable, in case of cancellation at a later stage (after making the payment) before the delivery.
